What is your return and/or exchange policy?

For Retail Orders Purchased from David Chandler Company, Inc.:

If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from David Chandler Company, Inc., you may return it for a full refund, credit or exchange of the product purchase price at any time. It’s that simple! No hoops to jump through and no strings attached!

What should I do if I have purchased a product from a bookstore or other retailer and am not satisfied?

Returns directly to David Chandler Company, Inc. can only be accepted if the product was purchased directly from us.  Any other return should be made directly with the retailer from whom you purchased the product.

Wholesale Orders:

We do not accept returns for overstock.  We will replace any new, unused product that exhibits a defect in material or workmanship.

What payment options do you accept?

For retail orders through our online store we currently accept most major credit cards through our secure PayPal gateway.

For Wholesale partners we accept all forms of payment including purchase orders once your account is established.

May I mail my order with any other form of payment?

Yes. Simply print out your shopping cart just prior to the final step of order completion, so that your full order, along with your name, address and phone number are visible and mail it to us with your check or money order.

For Retail Orders from David Chandler Company, Inc.

Orders received by 10 a.m. on a business day ship the next business day in most cases;  all orders will be shipped within 4 business days or you will be contacted.

Standard Shipping (United States)

$4.99 Per Shipment
Estimated total shipping time (not including order processing time) is 2-8 business days.

International Shipping (Outside United States)

$10.95 Per Shipment (most orders)
All orders are sent USPS First Class Package International service or equivalent. Please allow 6-10 days for your order to arrive.

For Wholesale and Distributor Orders

We ship according to your preferred method.  If no preference is indicated we will ship best way, lowest cost.  We pass shipping charges through to our wholesale partners at cost with no markup.  The cost will be itemized on your invoice.  If you prefer we will ship using your shipping account.

Safe & Secure Shopping

DAVID CHANDLER COMPANY, INC DOES NOT COLLECT SALES TAX in any state NOT listed above because David Chandler Company, Inc is not required to collect sales or use tax in these states.
